A 20% deposit is required when placing an order for a component package with the balance due for payment Two weeks before the collection or dispatch date by cheque or bank transfer. Customers abroard may pay by bank transfer or credit card. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge. All parts orders must be pre paid in full. Packaging and shipping charges for customers abroard are charged after the order is completed, packed and ready for dispatch so that the overall size and weight of the package is known. All payments must be made in UK £ Sterling. All sales are final and payments are strictly non returnable. All deposits are non transferable. Tornado Sports Cars and its Directors can not be held responsible for any delays with orders or late deliveries. All disputes are to be settled under English Law. |
